There is a double bedroom and two twin rooms. The master bedroom (centre) is huge, and has a double bed, a washbasin and an ensuite shower room with toilet. There is plenty of space in it for extra people, and it has a folding bed and a cot to accommodate them.
"Tilly's room" (left) is a twin bedroom. There is a pretty bathroom under a sloping ceiling next door.
The third bedroom, the "cow room" (right), is accessed by a separate staircase at the other end of the cottage. It is a twin with a washbasin and an ensuite shower and toilet.
All beds have duvets. Bedding and towels are included.
The stairs are rather steep and narrow, so Brook Cottage may not be an ideal choice for those with mobility difficulties. See the complete access statement for more details.
